Great location and helpful staff
I was really impressed with how close everything was to the consulate. it made my appointments so much easier. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. The hotel features a decent pool that can provide a brief escape from the heat and a complimentary shuttle service to the consulate, making it convenient for those with appointments. The Wi-Fi connection holds up surprisingly well, allowing for smooth streaming and browsing despite the surrounding chaos outside.
Staying in a Standard Double Room, I faced numerous issues. The shower had erratic hot water flow. it was either freezing cold or uncomfortably hot, likely due to inadequate water pressure on the higher floors. Additionally, I encountered key card problems twice. after the maintenance guy blamed my phone's proximity, my frustrations only grew when my key failed again. To top it off, I experienced a power outage that left the place stewing in heat for hours with no backup generator. When power resumed, the water was dirty, rendering it unusable—a fundamental issue that shouldn't be overlooked. The overall cleanliness didn’t help either, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. I even spotted a hole in the wall. All these inconveniences made for a less-than-stellar experience, considering the expectations set by the pricing.
